We will be performing a minor emergency software upgrade to the CloudControl API in the EU Geographic Region on Thursday January 18th during the normal software upgrade window.
CloudControl Software Change Id: CCCHANGE-303 Europe: 09:00 PM Central European Standard (20:00 UTC) Expected Total Duration: API for 10 minutes within a 60 minute window
This minor software upgrade is designed to address an issue with the UI two factor authentication service.
During the software upgrade, all Cloud Servers and Network assets you've deployed will be unaffected. However, the CloudControl UI and API will be unavailable during the software upgrade for the durations listed above, preventing management of assets during the window.
