Impact: No impact to our network is expected

Dear Client

On the date listed below engineers will be performing maintenance in the following locations. This maintenance is needed to perform replacement of network component supporting cloud services. This switch is part of an HA pair and traffic is expected to switch to other node with no impact to network traffic. Typically this is considered a low risk maintenance, however during that last attempt to replace this hardware, we received a defective switch that caused traffic lost post its replacement. We have reclassified change as a medium risk, with potential for brief packet-loss.
