SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE: SYDNEY (AU9, SYD01) INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE
Impact: Clients using NAS services with Cifs Shares may see brief disconnect during NAS failover, clients using NFS or San shares should see no impact.
Dear Client,
On the date listed below engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance in the location listed below. This maintenance is necessary to perform upgrades to the NAS storage infrastructure supporting Cloud FTP, CSFM, EMAAS and Managed Hosting services. During this maintenance we will be upgrading storage devices to the latest vendor approved and tested OS release. Clients/Services using NAS services with Cifs Shares may see brief disconnect from NAS during failover, NFS and SAN shares are expected to see no impact.
